This price protection policy applies to all Addmotor Tech Inc. (“Addmotor Tech,” “Addmotor Electric Bikes,” “Addmotor,” etc.) eBikes and eTrikes within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The original purchaser of an Addmotor eBike or eTrike, whether purchased online through the official Addmotor website(www.addmotor.com/
ca.addmotor.com), other selling platform with official Addmotor Brand Store, or at a physical Addmotor storefront, is eligible for this price protection policy.
Products purchased through other means, including authorized dealers, bike shops, second-hand sales, sample bikes, or purchases from a public/private individual or agency, are NOT covered under this policy. For such purchases, please refer to the specific policies of the respective seller or platform.

If the price of the model you purchased from Addmotor's official channels is reduced, or if a promotional event offers higher-value freebies within 14 days of your purchase, you may apply for a Price Match. Upon approval, we will:

1. For price reductions, either resend an accessory of equivalent value to the price difference or provide a cash refund in the form of a coupon code.
2. For models that include higher-value freebies, we will provide the additional freebies.

*Orders placed in November are protected by a 30-day Price Match Policy.

To submit a Price Match request, simply send a screenshot of your order to customer support at sales@addmotor.com or support@addmotor.com. After verification, we will reach out to process the refund for the price difference or resend the additional freebies.

Addmotor reserves the right to modify or adjust this policy at any time.
